Welcome to our MyChart Patient Portal
Welcome to our MyChart Patient Portal
St. Joseph's Health has transitioned to a new patient portal – Trinity Health MyChart – to better meet your needs. Any new information from visits to a St. Joseph's Health doctor’s office or hospital from March 18, 2023 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.
A new Trinity Health MyChart account has been created for existing My St. Joseph’s account holders using your current username and password.
Some information prior to March 18, 2023 may not be available in your new account due to differences in the versions.
Your providers will always have access to your historical medical data.
Thank you for choosing St Joseph’s Health as your trusted health partner.
